Covid-19 Information

Klein Hair Design is open and excited to provide you with the hair services you have been wildly desiring. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are requesting our guests be understanding in booking your appointment as there are time restrictions that need to be followed. If you are not feeling well at the time you are booking, please understand we cannot service you until you are clear of all symptoms. Also, if you are not feeling well and have already booked, please call Kassandra at 262-366-0555 immediately regarding your appointment and our COVID-19 rescheduling policy. We are following pandemic guidelines including requiring the use of protective gear for both staff and clients as well as required sanitation between clients. You can wear your own properly fitted face mask/protective gear.

Salon Policies

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

  • At Klein Hair Design, our cancellation policy states  you must call 262-366-0555 at least 48 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid additional charges.

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a $50 per service re-booking fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

  • Notifying/calling with 24 hours or less notice or not showing for your appointment results in a re-booking fee of 100% for the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

  • If for any reason you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please call me at 262-366-0555. 

  • Should you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into my next appointment.

  • You will then be responsible to pay for the service missed before re-booking your next appointment.​

Service Redo Policy

  • I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.

  • Should you have challenges with your cut or color, contact me within 48 hours of your service.

  • Color clients will be subjected to an additional cost if they change their mind on original hair color.

Retail Policy

  • All salon retail sales are non refundable.​

Social Media Pictures

  • Before & After shots are used for social media, website, & marketing.

  • When asked if it's ok to take your picture, that gives me consent to post them.

  • If you want you can share and tag yourself on social media.

  • If you don't want your face shown in the pics, let me know.

Privacy Policy

  • ​I respect your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information to anyone.

​

Color Service Policy

  • For your safety, a waiver must be signed or a patch test must be done a minimum of 48 hours prior to any color service for all new clients.
